Penlane Ltd is a small family run business
which has specialised in letting accommodation to university students in Bristol for over 40 years. We actively take part in the
Bristol City Council and Bristol University Accreditation Scheme with all our properties accredited. Current licenses
are held on all flats and houses that require them under the housing act 2004.
Our flats and houses meet fire safety regulations with self-closing fire doors and modern electronic
fire detection and alarm systems which are tested and certified every six months. All gas appliances are serviced and tested annually by a Corgi registered engineer. Electrics and wiring
are tested and certified as required every five years.

Ltd is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Solutions and all deposits received will be insured through them for protection.
All our properites have an energy performance
certificate, which can be viewed on the EPC Certs page. Our
office handles all letting, business and other enquires.
